Hello Indie Game Fan!
It was a big week of new releases as developers releases their games post Steam Next Fest, with games like Everhood 2 and Knights in Tight Spaces making their mark, as well as a couple of Spring game showcases with fun looking upcoming titles as well.
I also announced that the Best Indie Games Summer Showcase will be returning this year, Tuesday, June 3rd 2025, 8AM Pacific! Indie developers apply here
Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone – Play as a planewalker in search of a high energy material named Chernobylite, and explore the haunting post-apocalyptic open world of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone.
Build & customize your character to suit your playstyle — stealth, brute force, or tactical mastermind.
Recruit a team of unique companions, each with their own skills, to help you battle nightmarish mutants & rival factions.
Manage your base, upgrade your gear, and make tough choices that shape your story in this non-linear adventure.
👨⚕️ Do No Harm – A Doctor Simulator with a Lovecraftian Twist!
Step into the shoes of a village doctor, where you’ll diagnose and treat patients using cryptic ancient medical procedures. But beware – reality itself begins to warp as nightmarish entities infiltrate your practice, causing hallucinations and deceiving you about your treatments.
Key Features:
Use your Book of Medicine to diagnose and treat patients.
Experiment with ancient remedies inspired by Early Modern medicine, but pray they work!
Your sanity is constantly under threat – manage it or face madness!
Navigate 30 days of moral decisions, each leading to different endings.
Will you save the villagers or descend into madness?

Meanwhile, a turn based JRPG from a 30ish person French team is now the best rated...
Best Indie Games Newsletter By Clement • 20 April 2025 Hello Indie Game Fan! Indie games continue to chug along with an interesting week of releases, such as Erenshor, Chains of Freedom, White Knuckle and the early releases of Tempest Rising, representing quite the range which is why I love indie games! Managed to get 3 videos up on the channel, despite having a busy week in terms of personal life commitments, so I'll take the small wins where I can get them! Best Indie Games Summer Showcase...
Best Indie Games Newsletter By Clement • 13 April 2025 Hello Indie Game Fan! Relative to last week's Switch 2 Direct, it was a relatively muted week with nothing too crazy happening, with Blue Prince and Crashlands 2 really standing out for new releases, along with the Triple-i showcase and the regular news. My output has not been there as of late, I too have my struggles with sitting down to get work done, so if you are as well, you're not alone! Maybe next week will be better Best Indie...
