Hello Indie Game Fan Reader!

As is now tradition, Nintendo announced and dropped a Direct at the last minute, this time focused on 3rd party developers, where we did get a lot of Square Enix representation as well new Monster Hunter, PvZ and more, but generally the vibes that I've seen have not been the most positive.

Slow start for the Switch 2 in terms of games I suppose but it has been selling a bunch of units and should be just fine, and who knows, maybe we will even get to play Silksong on it some day.

Things are beginning to get back to normal post the peak of the Summer break season, with more showcases (like the THQ Nordic one) and events to come! 5 more months for 2025, I hope we get more great games to play!
