Hello Indie Game Fan Reader!
I took a moment to look at the amazing indie game success stories this year, and man, it's great to see smaller teams / solo devs achieve big wins!

The same story continues for some of the new releases this week, and there's a growing sentiment that the old model of large AA (40+ people) or AAA (100+ people) studios not working anymore. It's either you're super scrappy and lean (1-8 people) or massive Fortnite / Roblox sized team. Of course, outliers exist, but I think it's going to be a tough sell for anyone to raise funding, gather 40 people then go about making their next game. Very curious times indeed.
