It's a crazy time in the world right now, so here's a reminder to stop doomscrolling (I'm not immune but I'm trying) and to focus on the things you can control. Work, exercise, spend time with family and friends, and maybe try out some unplayed games in your backlog or go back to old favourites, since video games can be a small pocket of joy.
